  • For those looking for more individualized support, including individuals with autism , anxiety, adhd, physical disabilities and self-direction services. Sessions are adapted to each person’s needs, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive, and accessible experience.

  • Support through pregnancy and birth that helps you feel grounded, informed, and supported every step of the way. Blending yoga, breathwork, and doula care to help you navigate this experience with more confidence and connection.

This Work Is For You If…

You’re looking for a more personalized,
thoughtful approach to yoga. An approach that meets you where you are, not where you think you “should” be. You might be navigating stress, overwhelm, injury, or a life transition… or simply wanting to feel more connected to your body again, and a quieter calmer mind.

I especially love working with neurodiverse individuals and families, creating spaces that are supportive, adaptable, and built around each person and not a one-size-fits-all approach. We all can do yoga, it’s just a matter of finding your version.

I bring both professional training and lived experience into this work, with a deep understanding of how practices like breathwork and movement can support mental and emotional well-being.
