This is the first time that I worked with Lauren for wellness coaching. After 3 months, my internal dialogue did a full 180. Because of this shift, the newfound mostly neutral/sometimes positive/dash of negative mind space allowed for changes in all aspects of my life. Self love and compassion, better sleep quality, mindfulness, being present and seeing the world again with curious eyes. Instead of limitations, I see possibilities. Self worth. I matter. Knowing what my boundaries are.
The changes seemed to slowly trickle in at first...but it picked up SPEED and it became an overwhelming, but beautiful flowing current of....JOY. I kept asking Lauren, what is happening?!
Overall, it was a LIFE CHANGING experience. This was my awakening and I am ready to live again.

Lauren is a very motivating coach who in a short period of time has helped me get very focused on my goals and make progress toward meeting them. I believe this is because Lauren is so passionate at what she does and really cares about her clients. She applies her knowledge skillfully and has a beautiful way of facilitating each session, providing the confidence and direction to make each step of your goal process manageable and so much less stressful.
