Prenatal yoga can be a powerful tool to empower and support birthing people to feel comfortable in their bodies during an uncomfortable time where your body is growing and shifting on the daily. During this sacred time you are forming a new relationship with your body and baby, and you will experience a range of emotions and feelings.

Prenatal yoga can assist in managing these feelings and stressors, create an opportunity to take care of your body and mind, give you more opportunity to take part in creating a nurturing environment for the baby, and prepare for the journey of labor, delivery, and parenthood. The benefits span through all these stages, not just labor.

Birth Ball Sequence

A birth ball/ exercise ball is a wonderful tool to support you as a comfort technique during uncomfortable stages of pregnancy and labor. Using the birth ball can help to open the hips and pelvic floor, and to guide baby downward and into optimal birthing position.

 

25 minute Hips and Shoulders Release

A sequence designed so that you can do it from the comfort of your bed or mat! Move and breathe through a sequence of postures designed to support your pregnant body and help you release tension in your hips and shoulders.

25 minute Grounded Hip Sequence

A sequence designed so you don’t have to get up and down, but can find comfort close to the ground. Destress, connect with yourself and your baby, and open your hips preparing for delivery.

40 minute Seated and Standing Sequence

A longer sequence of seated and standing postures. A combination of flexibility and strength to support you during a transformational period of your life. Release stress and discomfort while preparing yourself for labor and delivery.
