Destress with the Breath Guided Breathing Technique Library

Whatever stress you may be experiencing in your life, it is important to have resources and tools to support you in coping and lessening the detrimental physical and mental effects of it. Taking time to slow down may at first seem counterproductive - but slowing down actually helps you to be more efficient and show up as your highest potential.

Meditation has been touted for all of it's healing benefits but you may find it can be tough to just sit in silence, whether it's that you can't sit still, your mind won't slow down, or you haven't been able to make the time in your schedule. Using breathing techniques as a meditation, coping and balancing skill, and to release stress can give your mind something to focus on and continue to come back to. At the same time, you are experiencing healing of your nervous system, releasing inflammation, increasing connection with yourself, improving cardiovascular health, and more.

If you’re new to breathing techniques, I suggest you start with the first video and make your way through the library in order. From there, take what you need as you need it.
