When: Kicking off the series on Wednesday May 1st, 2024 at 7:00 PM EST, and meeting on 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29, and 6/5.

We will have a backup date of June 12th in case anything comes up, and recordings will be available within 24 hours so you can practice in between sessions, and if you can’t make it live. 

Cost: $225 includes 6 sessions, private intake session, recordings and pdfs.

Weekly Schedule Breakdown

  • Week 1: Foundations of Breath and Movement - Begin with an introduction to physical sequences and foundational breathwork techniques tailored to ease anxiety.

  • Week 2: Deepening Breathwork and Introduction to Meditation - Dive deeper into breathwork practices and introduce meditation techniques, focusing on calming the mind and body.

  • Week 3: Expanding Meditation and Integrating Practices - Expand your meditation practice and integrate it with the physical sequences and breathwork learned, building a holistic approach to managing anxiety.

  • Week 4: Philosophy and Self-Study - Engage in philosophical studies and self-reflection (svadhyaya), applying these insights as a lens through which to view yourself and your journey.

  • Week 5: Reconnection and Regulation - Explore more internal techniques such as yoga nidra, mantra chanting, and chakra balancing to deepen your connection to self and regulate your nervous system.

  • Week 6: Integration and Connection - Bring together all the elements of the program, reinforcing your toolkit and celebrating your connection to your true self, beyond anxiety.

Hello, I'm Lauren, a dedicated Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and Yoga Therapist set to graduate in May 2024. My life's work is to support individuals through the ebb and flow of life, equipping them with a resilient toolbox for when the unexpected happens.

My own battle with mental health challenges led me to the transformative power of yoga and holistic health practices. Hitting rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life. Now, my commitment is to share these healing tools with you, to guide you toward a life of balance, happiness, and fulfillment.

My mission is clear: to be a beacon of support and guidance for those yearning for wellness and personal growth, whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice. I aim to make the journey towards feeling good accessible and fun.

My approach is rooted in the holistic and adaptive traditions of Ashtanga Yoga (the eight-limb path) and yoga therapy. Here, we tailor the practice to suit you, ensuring that yoga serves as a bridge to wellness, not just a physical exercise. It's about carrying the essence of yoga beyond the mat—into every aspect of your life.
